Our artist of the evening will be: Alyssa BC 🎻
Alyssa is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter with a passion for the power of sound. She was raised as a classical pianist and choral singer until she chose to opt out of the performative and perfectionist Western orientation. She returned to music with a deep desire to play, praise, and pray from a soulful space after being exposed to sound healing and kirtan. Alyssa began to explore nada yoga, mantra, kirtan, music therapy, and other heart-centered sonic avenues that radically transformed her relationship with music. As she continued…
