About the event
In times of joy, tea reminds us what's worth celebrating. In times of sorrow, tea can help us see the path to wholeness. Sipping this wonderful plant nourishes the innate part of us that's gentle, harmonious, and at ease. For centuries, this humble plant has been honored and respected as a tool for inspiring states of deep meditation and insight.

Facilitator of the evening: Bu Nan Brown
Bu Nan Brown began his tea journey in 2016, immersing himself in the art of tea and building a Japanese tea hut in the mountains above Boulder, Colorado over the course of six years. With a deep Buddhist practice that weaves in the spirit of an open heart, Bu Nan's tea ceremonies are infused with mindfulness and presence. He ran a tea house in Boulder that served over 1,000 guests during its brief operation, and today, he continues to share tea in the community, fostering connection and heartfelt moments.
Expect moments of intention-setting, silence, and warm communal support as we explore the path to wholeness together.
